Tom is the Founder and Chairman of Wolverines Academy. Before founding the organization, Tom built and scaled Iridium Technology, a legal analytics firm serving half of the Am Law 200, from a one-person operation to over 100 employees before its acquisition in 2022. That entrepreneurial experience - combined with his close ties to people in Thailand, Mexico, and Lebanon - shaped his conviction that disciplined, direct investment in people produces compounding returns, whether in business or in education.
Having spent a lot of time in Thailand, Lebanon, and Mexico, Tom witnessed firsthand how talented, hardworking students are forced to abandon their education simply because they cannot afford basic living costs. Wolverines Academy was born from that frustration and from the belief that a modest, sustained investment in the right students at the right time can change the trajectory of entire families and communities.
